Um, having someone to talk to. People come to me for advice. Just being asked how my day has been and if I'm okay.
None of these will ever happen. I've never happened in the past, so how will it change in the future?
None of my current friends ever reach out to me. My aunt and uncle don't either. @creative_writer

I wasn't saying you ask for 24/7 support @Birdofparadise8 that was just an example.
What I would question is - with all the external places you have for support - what do you expect from each one? ...and what makes one different from another?
You have given great examples above in terms of your psych and SANE/KHL but you also have RO and wanted back into the Guided Service so how do those two outlets figure in that support?
Sometimes we can actually have too many places to divide our time and they can clash with recovery when they are not all ont he same page.

Have I done something for you not to have words @tyme?
I'm confused.
I've just been thinking about the bullying more because last week with my psych we were talking about it, that's all. It just upsets me.

Guided service, I have no clue. I emailed ages ago, and they replied, but I never received a follow-up from them. To be honest, I probably don't need it.
RO - that's complicated. It's so different from SANE. That's more just to chat about things. I can get a different perspective on this because a lot of the people I talk to are similar in age to me.
Psych - bullying and other things.
KHL - more in the now things
SANE and RO - I don't know just how I've been on here for over the past year and a bit, I guess. Needy hahaha. @Zoe7

@Birdofparadise8 I think this is one of those times when someone just does not know what to say that would be helpful in this moment. @tyme has been very supportive of you but also has a lot of other people posting and needs to be across a lot in her role. It is not about you personally - it is just difficult to maintain longer conversations sometimes when there is a lot going on in the wider forums.

From my perspective @Birdofparadise8 The 'needy hahaha' comment is probably one you could work on. We see here you LOL a lot at negative things to do with yourself - it would be great to think about working on ways Not to laugh at yourself as the first stage in helping yourself. Have you heard of 'The Self fulfilling Prophecy'? It is where what we think will happen, will happen if we do not change our mindset so it does not happen. An example is - we often see you answer the question "what are you doing tonight" with "probably cry". Instead of making that a statement that then keeps in your mind for the evening, perhaps making some positive plans would help with that not always being the direction your evening goes.

I do it with my psych as well. Whenever we talk about something that is hard, painful, or negative about myself I laugh.
Mmm okay, I'll have a think. I'm sure I don't always say I'm going to cry. @Zoe7
