@Birdofparadise8 , migrainey right now. I looked out the window and bam, a migraine got triggered. Probably too bright for my poor eyes. I’m probably exhausted from the emotional turmoil I was in. It’s probably the burn out effect. Experiencing depression and elevation simultaneously isn’t a good combination and can escalate to SI pretty quickly. I got out of it at least with PRN. I hope you are having a better afternoon 💖🫂

What emotional turmoil has happened @creative_writer?
Wow, it can affect you just by looking outside. That must be difficult. I complain enough as it is when I get a headache. I'm confused about depression and elevation simultaneously. What does that mean?

Hey there @creative_writer thanks for the shout out 🙂
I'm having a relaxing day, watching TV and a half hearted search for a job.
I'm thinking of doing a mini pamper with face mask and foot soak too

@Birdofparadise8 like a manic episode mixed with depression. It sounds bizarre but it’s so weird when it happens. It’s like you’re depressed but so overstimulated and energised. Worst combination for inducing SI because one actually has so much energy to plan it all out. I’m safe for now, but I need to get this under control or I don’t know if I can make it

@Birdofparadise8 I spoke to my psych today morning when I was better about how chaotic I things have been. I have a PSW call later in the week and also GP app. I’m hoping it’s gets into control soon or I might need a pdoc appointment earlier. I don’t want to have to increase my meds again, the antipsychotics can make you sleepy and it’s not fun

Would either of you hug your psych?
