I can only speak for myself but I find myself crying for no reason often these days. It might be in the middle of the day and nothing bad has happened, I just feel like crying.
Allow yourself the tears lovely, the quote I've attached is one I refer to often.

Yeah it's weird I don't know why it happens. I wish I did. I'm not saying it's good you cry like I am, but at least I'm not the only one. I'm sure a lot of others on here do as well.

No, you're definitely not the only one who cries for no reason. I'm sure there are plenty of others who may feel uncomfortable or embarrassed mentioning it. Good on you for speaking your feelings, sometimes that can help immensely.

Ah, hot there. I don't think I would cope there. It's hot here when it's in its 30s. I find that too much for me. 

I'm used to Hobart, hahaha. I also don't have aircon here, so that doesn't help @ENKELI
