I'll need to get her to do the referral for inpatient so it has a week or two to process so I can go in @outlander

That is true, but I don't think it would be too much of an issue it's a big hospital @outlander there are three others I can go to as well if I can get in there.

Hey @outlander
Seeing how supportive my mum and dad were yesterday about work. I've been thinking tonight I will need to tell them and my aunt and uncle that I'll go back inpatient, and they will probably ask why. So I might tell them what I did.
Do you have any advice on telling them? The only downside is it would be on my mum's birthday as we are going out for dinner together.

I thought it would be easier telling them all on the one-day @outlander
I don't want to do it on the phone.
Safety is a main thing people go to a psych hospital, so I should try and be open with all of them. It's been eating at me for not telling my aunt the other day when were saw each other.
Yesterday, when I was talking to Mum, I was like, I have some bad news, etc., and I thought to myself, why not give her some more? I obviously didn't tell her.
They all know I have suicidal thoughts. My uncle and aunt both know I've come close to an attempt before, but not my parents.
I know it's my choice to tell them, but do you have any advice how how to go about it.
