i like working but i dont like where i am right now. im in the right industry but the wrong job currently @Birdofparadise8 its to boring and repetitive. i like variety. when i get to work with other clients or do the 1:1 upport with another client i dont normally get to work with i enjoy it.
i work up 5-6 shifts a week with the same 3-4 clients normally but it depends on the setting im required for. im one of the highest trained people here including how to do diabetic injections so i also do staff training for new staff members or to upskill current workers meaning i can sign off on care plans and teach staff so if we get work placement students etc i am able to sign off on their practical work etc as well.
