It's horrible, @creative_writer I wish it would stop, but no matter what I do, I still feel the same. I want to go into a deep dark hole and not come out. I'm just really sad, and I don't know what about. I also feel very alone.

I just love life like usual @tyme
No, I'm feeling worse than yesterday.
I have a couple of things. So I see my Aunt and Uncle tomorrow, but I don't know. I feel like I keep overthinking it. My first thought was that I'm needy and they don't want to talk to me because I'm a burden to them. My Aunt said it isn't true and I'm just overthinking it. I thought it was because they didn't want to talk to me.
Secondly, I've had a chat with my regular at KHL, but I feel my conversation with her seems to become repetitive, and we talk about different ways to challenge thoughts, which I do find difficult, but I feel like I'm not getting anywhere with it or that I just forget to do it as it's hard to do it in the moment. I'm not sure how to approach it and how to talk about not challenging thoughts as much or just if there is a different strategy to use.
Today has been terrible. I've been crying intermittently throughout the day, and I don't understand why when I don't even know what I'm crying about other than feeling sad, alone and many other emotions.

It sounds hard to sit in that space. I'm sorry today wasn't too good.
Sometimes, talking to someone or on the phone is not so much to 'fix' things, but just to get it off your chest can help. In the past, I found it helpful to talk to people just to stop the 'talking' in my head. That is, when thoughts just go round and round and round. It sort of blows things out of proportion sometimes.
I hope you find a way to speak to your aunt and uncle.
