I am home!!!

Five weeks and 4 days.  I am feeling anxious, angry, sad, frustration and scared.

I have changed my meds as you all know but am scared they may not work as i had expected.

picked up little A from kinder today, i surprised her with hubby.  she is staying here tonight, we had so much fun this afternoon.  sunday we are invited to a party where there will be 50 people.

i have to go i am sorry.  this is all too much

I think I went into hospital the day after you did? I was admitted for surgery in Sydney on 8th Feb. And I also was discharged today, after 5 weeks and 3 days. 3 weeks in the MH ward. I considered the additional week they tried to convince me I needed. But I think I have imposed on my neighbours for long enough already, for mail fish and budgies. So I came home. Now that I'm here though, I'm not sure it was such a great idea. 

Like you, I have had a change of meds while in hospital. I am also still on opiate pain medications. This is due to nerve decompression surgery being only partially succesdful. I have been told I will need further surgery. But am prepared to wait and see if I can "live with it" once things settle and I come off the meds.

Thats so special that you got to pick up A from kinder today and now have her to stay overnight. Hope you unexpectedly enjoy the party on Sunday.

Thinking of you with your unaccustomed freedom this weekend. It all feels a little strange to me here.

first day home alone and 

i feel emotional, have a headache, my back is still sore

i am lonely

i have so much i could do but i have no motivation

i can't be bothered with anything

i am seeing a different doctor at my clinic in 1/2 hour

i will tell her how i am feeling
