What you’re describing @BlueBay I can understand that it would be emotionally exhausting.
I have witnessed incredible resilience in you and although where you’re at you may not be feeling that. I can see it in you.
I don’t know, but I’m just wondering if there’s something you could perhaps immerse yourself in, I recall you making art, do you have any access to art materials while you’re in the hospital? Just so you could try having a break from you’re other experiences?
Sometimes that helps me.

Update:-
Week 4 and i am still here. i thought i would have been home by now by oh now the new AD decided to give me bad suicidal hallucinations. so that medication is out of my life for good!!! started a new AD two days ago and i am not feeling any better yet. guess it takes time for the old to get out of my system and new one to begin.
today i went home for 6 hours, my daughter came over and coloured my hair which made me feel so good. then hubby and i went to look at some open for inspection homes. we saw a really nice one that we loved, had we have sold our home we would have put an offer in. but ours in not on market yet as i havent signed the contract being in hospital.
gotta go, nurse just came in to see me and i need to get some fresh air as i have just had a melt down.
talk again soon
love you all
xxxxxoooo
