Thanks @Sans911, have used that chat service before but it takes so long to get on there and I find counsellors are sometimes not avaliable on there. Plus Sane know what has happened and I didn't really want to explain things again.
Had a good chat to H this morning and worked out a few things. Was a hard chat but will be worth it in the long run.
I did talk to him however about the privacy of this place and I need to be able to trust him, in return with me trying to be more open with him. Spoke about the need for this support and also how much harder it is to tell a loved one what your thoughts are.
We will leave it there for the moment, that has exhausted me enough.

@Sans911yes a hard discussion but needed and will make this better in the long run.
This afternoon not much. Just watching some tv and laying on the couch with the dog asleep next to me. Think I might just stay here this afternoon.
