@Snowie ach, really sucks that when you try to find solutions you get shut down. Moment by moment, step by step. The day is coming that this will all be sorted and you will be able to refocus on yourself... it's only a matter of time 🤞💜

Atm @Jynx that day seems too far off.
My psych today even mentioned an inpatient stay...

@Snowie aye I bet, considering as well just how long you've already been tolerating all of this! I keep fingers and toes crossed that the day does arrive sooner than you think!!
Oh true, how does that sit with you at the moment?

I know my psych spoke to my pdoc @Jynx I think that is probably where it came from.
I speak to my pdoc on Monday. He will mention it again. Go in and do ect 3 times a week.
Mum has 3 appointments next week. I'm the only one who can take her. H working, brother useless.
Yes they will say that I need to put my MH first. That if I'm not here how can I help her at all.
Easier said then done.
If I could quit I would. Quit it all.

Maybe the reason to stick around shouldn't be 'because who will look after mum otherwise' @Snowie my good gosh. You deserve to have your own life hun!!
'Who will look after her?' Bah! Not your question to answer! Someone will. There's a whole dang soceity out here, you are NOT the 'only person in the whole universe' who can look after her. You have a lot more worth, more value to the world, than just being 'carer for mum'.
Sigh. Hugs your way deary. May things shift soon 🤞🫂

Hey @Bow No need to be sorry hon. I know you've got a lot going on too, especially with your mum gone for 3 weeks.
Just keep being you and looking after yourself.

Keep trying, keep persisting, it will get better, things will look up, support will come. Do they say these words, just for the sake of saying them? Are we really meant to believe them? Do they?
They don't know the hurt, the tears, the life that is each and every day. The words and thoughts that dig away at your soul.
You can only do so much before you break, before the time has come, before you say I'm done.
No response, just getting it out, just escaping.
