Morning @Snowie sorry I didn't see your pdoc update, I would've just missed it but I've caught up this morning. Good on you for being clear and honest during that appointment, I know it's not easy.
Last night sounds like it was a really hard one, how are you feeling this morning?
I hear you with the telehealth appointments, the only upside I find to them (apart from not having to travel) is that I can make my space feel safe and cosy, I've even done them from my bed before. It's helped me to feel comforted during tough sessions. I hope today's appointment is helpful, even if the mode isn't ideal.

making bad choices and mistakes don't define us and it shows a lot of strength from you that you've come here and shared that @Snowie sending you some extra healing energy 💗
did you have a chance to chat with Lifeline/SCBS talk about this?

I spoke to scbs a few times @rav3n

really glad you've reached out to scbs @Snowie
and being strong doesn't mean that you're making the right choices 100% or being okay 24/7. strengths comes from overcoming challenges. it may not feel like it now, but after your 'bad choices' you still made good ones like reaching out, and that's not an easy thing to do.
don't forget you are human, we all make mistakes, and the important part is we get back up. it may feel bad right now, but it will get better. it's hard to see the good parts when we're sitting in the dark, which is why being kind to yourself is so important. there's no rush in bouncing back - you can take it at whatever pace you feel - day by day, minute by minute, etc., we're here for you along the entire way 💗
