I’m not sure @rav3n … yes I could write stuff down… but what exactly? No idea what he is gonna ask.
no I don’t like Telehealth. As much as this appointment gives me massive anxiety, I prefer to go in face to face than over the phone.
Self care? I am suppose to have arts and craft straight after my appointment. Will see how I am feeling afterwards.
yeah hopefully the casual SW will be in tomorrow.

@Bow since this is your first visit with him, maybe it would be worth writing down things like
- what you are and aren't comfy with discussing at the moment
- noting how are you're feeling now and letting him know that attending was a big step for you so requesting him to 'go easy' on you (ive done this many times with people, sometimes other people don't notice how nervous we are until we tell them).
i'm feel the same with my psych appts, i'd rather go face-to-face despite it being so anxiety-inducing too.
that's good you've got the arts and crafts afterwards. do you usually find out what arts/crafts your working on once you get there? or do you have ongoing projects from previous weeks?

Yeah I could write those kinda things down @rav3n and perhaps just a few dot points that I think are important for him to know at the moment.
It’s pretty much a very disorganized arts and craft group. I don’t even know who is running it at the moment. Most people either Colour in or do their own thing. Someone donated a massive box of scrapbooking paper which everyone has been using to make all sorts of things. I usually go with some kind of idea to do my own craft item.
yesterday
@Bow yep that sounds perfect!
ohhh interesting, sounds a bit chaotic haha. do you have an idea of what you want to work in tomorrow's group?
yesterday
My old SW use to run the group @rav3n and she was organized. And I kinda helped her.
I don’t really know what I’m going to do tomorrow. Can’t think.
im gonna log off sorry. Just done something stupid so shouldn’t be here gnite
