So sorry to hear its been crummy @Bow and that the phone call didn't help.
Am around if you need to get anything out or just have a chat.
My day was ok. Didn't end up going to neighbours house, stayed home instead. Hubby went, well his still there.
Whats on the agenda for tomorrow?

I laid around most of the day and watched tv and scrolled my phone @Snowie
@just waiting for kittens supper to cool down and then I think I’ll take my meds so I can go to bed soon. Safest place to be I think.
Hubby must be having a good time? Too much for you today?
just the kids (bro, SIL and niece) coming over. Hopefully not too stressful
what about you?

Meds and bed sound like a good idea @Bow Sometimes it is the safest place for us.
After yesterday it was too much. Just needed some downtime.
H has just gotten home.
Been invited to a friends house for a bbq lunch and swim. Meant to be 42 here tomorrow.
Haven't agreed to it yet.
I hope tomorrow goes ok for you and its not too overwhelming.

I need lots of down time after socializing too @Snowie i think part of my jet lag/ recovering was just needing time out after being around lots of people for weeks. I was actually looking forward to it.
and more tomorrow for you?!
I struggle with small talk with my bro and SIL. They live a totally different lifestyle to us. SIL whines and bitches about people a lot. I’m like why tell us this??? We don’t know these people and we don’t need to know this info. Sigh.
I often end up going off with my niece and playing with her. She’s a handful but oh well. She’ll be 3 in June.

@tyme there's no place like home!! Must be nice to be back
@Bow I'm normally ok if its just 1 or 2 others (that I know really well), but when there's more is when I struggle, especially if I don't know them.
Sometimes distancing yourself from people is what is needed. Sounds like your SIL is a handful.

Yep @Snowie SIL can be a bit full on at times! Had many arguments with her when we all use to live together!
@tyme yeah my bro in tassie is sick. Cancer. His latest cat scan showed that the cancer had grown and his started on some new chemo. His pretty positive. His trying to get a week off treatment so he can come up here for a visit. Mums going down in March and trying to get approval for him to come back with her.
