Thanks @Snowie  sun is shining here today and D wants to build more Lego, which I am up for once I’ve had a shower. 

thanks @Jynx  sorry I fell asleep! That article was a good read and has given me a little confidence to maybe approach a conversation with my D to set up some rules. The resistance and the tantrums are gonna be real, but things gotta change! Wish me luck!

Lego building sounds like fun @Bow Enjoy those moments.

I think limiting screen time is a good idea. We did that with our kids when they were younger. Now it is a little different. D seems to be on her laptop doing school work most nights, S not so much!

I built my Lego orchid set @Snowie D helped a little bit. 

my medication watcher will be here shortly. It’s an early one today. Hopefully tomorrows pdoc appointment will result in some relaxed medication rules.

Thats good to hear that you built it @Bow and that D helped a little. My D likes those flower ones too.

Hoping you can work out something with your pdoc tomorrow. Maybe even getting two days worth at a time might be possible for you.

My day has been hard. Did something I shouldn't have. Just watching a movie on netflix at the moment.

Im sorry today has been tough on you @Snowie. Sorry you have done something that you shouldn’t have. You have done well to hold out until know. Don’t beat yourself up to much. What’s done is done are you able to move on?

I have my new support group on this morning…. For survivors of a suicide attempt. Second week and I’m a fair bit anxious today. 
Then I will rush home to get on the treadmill and then this afternoon my pdoc appointment… anxious about that one too!
