Yes, I believe it's possible @Bow . At least, I don't think I will ever be cured of my 6 MIs, but I can have a functional life with everything I need in it. It's a matter of managing the 6 (clashing) MIs and taking lots of down time, for me anyway.
I'm sorry you feel so defeated. I know you are having such an awful time lately, and in fact for the last 3 years of your ED. (It's been 3 years, hasn't it?) Sending hugs and wishes 💜

Sorry you are not getting a break from all of it @Bow It does make it hard. And even when we try and distract ourselves, those thoughts are still there. It is like they consume us.
