@Former-Member
I hope you are coming up again from your downer.
I have been pressed for time generally and on the forum so I have not responded, but wanted to say how glad I am that you are still posting.
Your new name and picture are beautiful, maybe they are sign of you moving through much of the fear.
It is early times with your new therapist, but as @Faith-and-Hope said the sh and thoughts would be connected to the abuse.
With all your energy and creativity to draw from, trust in your own process, to bring you through the down times .

Getting in touch with nature is another way to manage the feelings @Former-Member I saw some lion cubs today and lots of birds.
You dont need to stay away from people when you are down. It takes the time that it takes. In reality people are in all manner of states of up and down throughout their lives.
Self respect is so important and you have been exploring issues.
