My day has been nice, as I was out in the sun for quite a bit of it. I crave the sun, so it was lovely. 

I hope that the increased AD will help your sleep, althouigh I guess that might take a while to kick in?

I hope you see someone who has a little more empathy and understanding than those you saw yesterday in the ED.  Please go easy on yourself Eve ... no blame, no shame.  Some self compassion is needed here.

I will be around most of today, if you need some company later.  I have a pretty easy day today thankfully.  A load of washing to start with.  Then maybe some of my diamond painting which I have been neglecting of late. 

@Snowie  you have been fairly quiet the past couple of days. Are you okay?  @Anastasia  you had a very busy day yesterday, how did everything go?  @NatureLover  I keep forgetting to tell you that I loved the painting you posted (somewhere) a few days ago.  I really love that style.  What a shame you did not keep a few more of your artworks.
