Re: Morning has broken
Good morning @Bow 🙂 💜
Thinking of you @Eve7 as you come home today....I hope you can get an appt with your psychologist as you mentioned a couple of pages back. (Although I am confused, is it your pdoc who is away for a few months? Who is the pdoc, is that you psychiatrist? Sorry to be muddled!)
Sending 💛

Re: Morning has broken
Thank you @NatureLover for your kind words. They mean a lot to me.
Yes, pdoc is the Psychiatrist and she won’t be back until sometime next month. I’ll try and see my psychologist next week.
How are you with the change of season? It’s wet and windy here today.
I hope today is kind to you.

Re: Morning has broken
Aww, I hope you can get in for an appt with your psychologist next week 🤞 @Eve7
My SAD has been bad, but I've just got a therapy light box for it! I started the light therapy yesterday morning, and it takes between 1 and 2 weeks to take effect, apparently. I'm very hopeful it'll mean a significant change in my quality of life and functioning🤞
Sending hugs and 💛🌷🌞 dear @Eve7

Re: Morning has broken
Wishing you all the best for your transition back home @Eve7 after your 3 weeks in hospital. Will you be continuing your rehab as an out patient? Thought I'd drop in some welcome home goodies for you. See below.
Hoping the light box helps with your SAD @NatureLover . It seems that no sooner is it over, than its back again, you poor thing. It would be great if you are able to find something (the light box) that can make a difference to your life.
Hi @Bow @creative_writer @Snowie @outlander @Anastasia ... hoping your respective days are as good as possible. Sending love your way.
Emelia 💕

Re: Morning has broken
Just feeling a little disappointed in myself today. I have stumbled into my old unhealthy ways.
