@Former-Member When I briefly did admin at the court, I have to say that many of the cases left dissatisfaction all round amongst the family members involved. The court giving your ex no overnight visits without a psychologist actively recommending it, suggests to me that they may be taking very seriously his behaviour. I understand your fears for your children, though I've not been in the same situation. I'm hoping at the least that if he hasn't hit them before, he will draw the line there in future too. It's not huge consolation I know. Excessive anger without violence is damaging too. I'm with you hoping he gets some anger management counselling and that it does help him.
