Is the shower usually loud or is it particularly sensitive hearing (maybe from the flight or flight response)?

@Misty5 when in a manic state or fight/ flight mode noises or loud environments can be triggering and overwhelming.

@Scarebear83 just wanted to check in to see how you are going. I hope things have settled down for you.
