That's ok. I might be able to find it on the internet. Anyway how are you this afternoon? I'm having a slow day today, I'm about to do some singing practice and then some drawing. I've just washed my beard and moustache with yerba mate shampoo and conditioner.

Hi @Abner
I didn't know you could do a Trigger Warning thing. I will work out how to do it and then I can tell you about the Poptones song.
I think it's lovely that you sang for your friend at his funeral. I recently discovered a Mexican singer called Lila Downs and she has an amazing voice. I wish I could sing like her.
I didn't know that men washed their moustaches and beards with shampoo and conditioner. I think that's a very good idea. I can't imagine what it would be like having that much hair on my face. I guess it would need a regular wash like the hair on your head.
Today I did my shopping and I'm very happy to have a house full of food. Tonight I'm going to watch the documentary on Netflix about dogs with my Pug.
Unfortunately I had a disappointing and hurtful experience with my sister today and I feel like I need to really look after myself. So there will be lots of self care this weekend.

All men who have beards and moustaches should wash them because firstly it's hair and needs nourishing, secondly it's where food goes in, usually hot water and soap is enough to deal with the food, but of you want a healthy beard and supporting skin shampooing and conditioning is necessary.
Some studies have indicated that microplastics have made us men less hairy than we used to be 40 years ago.
I'm going to sing some Brahms and Roger Quilter's song Moonlight.
Give Ivan a pat for me, Olaf and Bartok are lying on the couch sleeping right now, after a nice dinner of salmon.

You're right that song is very dark probably best not to put it this forum, because it wouldn't just be a trigger, it would really violate the mission statement of the organisation. It's very punk rock lyrics though.
Anyway if you go onto YouTube you can also hear some songs of Hugo Wolf, he was an 18th century Austrian lieder composer who wrote "The Night, the Sleeping Christchild" something I want my church to learn for Christmas. He wrote a lot of lieder, and he influenced Schubert to write song cycles like "The beautiful Millermaid" and "Winter's Journey". Wolf was also depressive.

I've just listened to Lila Downs' "La Promesa", it's beautiful, however I would like to tell her not to squash her vowels and consonants when she sings, they come out much better when your jaw is relaxed and dropped.
She has a beautiful voice, and it'll sound even better with her jaw in a relaxed, dropped position and her lips doing the all the talking.
It's the secret to projecting, you don't shout, you drop the jaw, open up the mouth, head, throat, chest and torso, and let them resonate the sound. Indeed Thomas Quasthoff says you use your whole body to resonate the sound.
But she has a beautiful voice.

I'm sorry, I have deleted this. I had a very upsetting (triggering) experience today and I'm not in a good space. I don't know if I'm making sense.

I did it. I made my dinner (a salade niçoise). It took hours because I have been triggered by something and I'm not in a good space and making dinner was like being in slow motion.
I'm going to try and have a shower now.
I'm sorry @Abner , I'm not in a good space for having a conversation right now.

That's ok, I'm sorry that you had a terrible day and if message added to your distress then I'm sorry about that too. I know that when I'm upset sometimes something unrelated can make it worse.
I don't mind really dark subjects, I've been known to enjoy listening to Alice Cooper's albums, and that's really dark stuff, and I don't think that would be postable on this forum either.
Anyway I hope your day gets better.

It's okay @Abner . I didn't realise that I had been triggered by something that happened yesterday. It took me a long time to realise. I didn't realise until I deleted that post.
Right now I'm just so grateful to be with my Pug and I'm giving him lots of hugs. I'm going to make my breakfast now and watch more of the documentary about dogs.
