You have overcome some incredible obstacles of late @The-red-centaur and despite you not seeing the point right at this stage there is more out there for you. When do you begin your meds for transitioning?

So pleased to hear you got some help last night @The-red-centaur Days like yesterday are so tough for you but you did really well in seeking help. Glad that you are feeling a little better today. You are strong enough to get through this @The-red-centaur because you have before - you were strong enough to get that help last night and that shows not only strength but courage. You should be proud of yourself for getting to that point and yet still recognising that you needed help.
