Well that sounds like good news @The-red-centaur .....
I hope it all starts to stabilise for you across the week and settle down.
I am coming and going from the forums briefly this evening. I am keeping company with one daughter, and playing taxi for another.

@The-red-centaur it’s a choice really.
I saw a couple of days ago that you had opened other threads I hadn’t seen before.
Does what you want to talk about match with any of them ?
You are welcome to join in on any other threads that might match, and in my opinion it doesn’t really matter if there are a lot of posts on the thread, because the readers can just go to the most recent posts to find out what is happening with the thread now. You can use the Search bar with a key word or two to see what is around, and please tag me if you do that.
Otherwise, if you don’t find something that feels right you can start a new thread. The Subject box is important because it tells us what the thread is about, so consider what key words to use there.
i hope that answers your question ?

Pleased to hear you were discharged to a recovery center @The-red-centaur. So they can make sure your mania starts subsiding before you go home.
I wish you well with the new psychiatrist.
