hello, I’m pretty new here and really struggling today.
I am on my own, with no one to call and I feel like my whole body is dizzy and will dissolve into a mess on the floor.
I don’t know how to cope with this.
Can someone please help ?

Great to have you here. I'm sorry today is so hard for you.
Just so you don't feel alone, I've been feeling really 'weird' today. Like a can't breathe. I've been practicing mindful deep breathing to see if it is related to anxiety. But this strange feelings hasn't let me yet.
I also checked for COVID, but it's not.
Could it be my asthma? But asthma doesn't feel like this.
Are you having one of those days where it just feels wrong but you don't know why?
Or has something happened, causing you to feel this way?

I really sorry to hear you're struggling so much today @Lula, it's never easy when there's little or no support around you. People are here to listen and help you however we can, but as @RiverSeal mentioned, if you do need that extra support and would like to talk to someone then those crisis support lines listed would be very helpful as they're trained specifically to help people who are distressed or just feeling low, stressed or anxious.
While not the same thing I know, but I was at my lowest at the start of the year after quite a shock with a bad medical test result and was so depressed I could barely get out of bed, nothing seemed to have a point to it anymore. I called someone and talked to them for a little bit and I felt better as a result. Not great mind you, but improved enough to get functioning again. Sometimes we just need to hear another human voice.

I’ve worked it out - I have no appetite and haven’t been eating enough 🥴 but I’ve had a meal replacement shake and a meal and feel better for it.

Thanks for contacting me @Former-Member. I do feel better than I did on 25/9 but I’ve got a long way to go. I’ve been feeling so low over what’s been happening and it’s hard to move back into a space that feels normal. Most everything has changed and I feel very lonely and lost. I’m tired of the struggle 😌🌼

I can really hear how tired you are. Life can be so overwhelming can't it? The ongoing struggles can make you feel disconnected and that can lead to loneliness and loss.
When I hear that nasty little voice in my head, I just tell it "well what do you expect, I have mental health issues". By finally admitting to myself that I have mental health problems, I've become a lot more kinder to myself and hope you can to.
We're here to listen and there's no pressure to share anything if you don't want to. We're here for you regardless. ❤️
