@Blackcloud ahh yep! hopefully you don't need to spend money on buying a filter for your trip then?
aww yay!! so glad you're mum was supportive of the solo trip, that's a big step for her!! 😊
oh and please do share some pics with us here when you're back too.
oh i see - sometimes economy can be really expensive too - if you have a bit of luck you can get nice deals & flight centre tends to have pretty good ones so its good that you're OT suggested that. are you finished with uni for this semester?

Hi @rav3n haha oh no hopefully not! So I hope my skin won’t get worse during my time there. Luckily though I have seen vlogs & stuff from other foreigners that have been to Korea only for a holiday trip & none of them seemed to have gotten any skin issues from being in Korea so maybe I’m overthinking xD
oh I’ll be sure to share some when I’m there!
yes, I managed to get a reaaaally good deal from this flight service - the service is called Aunt Betty (this company is owned by Flight Centre). Well I actually stumbled across Aunt Betty through the skyscanner website, which is the one my OT referred me to (skyscanner) & thanks to her, I was able to get the tickets from Aunt Betty online that were worth $877 via economy class!!!

@rav3n forgot to answer your last question, and I’m currently almost finished with uni this semester. I just need to do my second attempt at this math test only for the questions that I got wrong during my first attempt (it’s only a few questions I got wrong) but GODDDD I HOPE I CAN GET 100% FOR THIS ONE
because for pretty much most of the assessments in these units, you only get 2 attempts and you need to get 100% for every single assessment in order for you to pass the unit or else you’d have to redo the unit the following year..

You're not wrong there @Blackcloud !
That's my mum too. I learn to show respect but sitting there...but I noticeably tune in and out.
Hence I don't live with my mother 🙂
Gawd, I know I still love her - but at an arm's length.
I don't think they can help themselves hahahaha

exactly, like the way my mum tells me things even though I already know what to do with those that she’s telling me make it seem like she thinks I don’t know about it already or whatever, at least that’s the impression that it’s giving me and it’s sooooo fricken annoying to hear her telling me this and that like more than once. Even the things that I already know WELL on what I need to do.

Can you reframe that to just say, "She cares"? @Blackcloud

@tyme i mean, yeah she cares. But I hate how she cares ‘too much’ about it as if, according to her, “I don’t know everything”
