I’ve given up trying to sleep @amber22 . I tried breathing, relaxation and listening to the rain on the roof. I’m just to agitated and the feelings of hopelessness, despair and the SI just won’t ease up today.
Thanks for your suggestions

I'm sorry to hear you're having a tough time right now @Captain24
I'm really grateful that you tried some of the techniques. Keep trying to find anything else that could potentially help your mind relax a little bit, whatever that may be.
Remember that you're not alone,
I'm sitting with you ❤️

Hi @Captain24,
It must be frustrating that your team are talking about ways to help you but not including you in the conversation. I would imagine you have as much insight into what might work for you as your professional team.
I'm sorry that things are so hard for you at the moment - I really admire how even on some of your hardest days you support others in the forums. It speaks a lot about what a nice person you are.
Are you able to take your fur babies out for a walk to get some fresh air? Even if it's for 20 minutes it might help clear your mind a little.
Sending you hugs and best wishes,
FloatingFeather

Its so frustrating @FloatingFeather. I have no idea what is going on and it’s not helping. Everything just seems so hard.
Thanks for your kind words about showing support. I appreciate it and really needed to hear something good today.
My furbaby is being babysat so I can’t even have a cuddle from her and it’s raining AGAIN
Ill just have some breakfast and get ready for work. I’m up early so I’ll have a really long hot shower and hopefully that will settle me down enough for my shift.
Thanks for you support @FloatingFeather @amber22

Hopefully the shift goes fast for you @Captain24. Do you get your furbaby back soon? there's nothing quite like a cuddle from our fur kids.
Take care of yourself - I look forward to chatting with you again soon.

It’s the last shift of this block so hopefully it goes quick @FloatingFeather. I get her back in the morning so I’ll get a cuddle then and she can sleep with me tomorrow morning.
Thank you
