Thanks dear @Shaz51
I had physio today and she was very gentle. She has strapped my back and it feels so much better. I’m still in a lot of pain but it’s manageable today!
Hope all is well

Good to have the arvo off @Shaz51.
I should get dinner sorted too! I might just grab something out of the freezer. I’ve got work tomorrow so I should look after myself better. Im not sure how my back is going to cope though.

Sorry. I’ve been really insensitive. Others have real problems. I should go. Sorry

@Captain24 you are not being insensitive, your problems are as big and important as anyone else on her. Your deserve to speak about them, get help and be heard.
Everyone's problems might be different but that doesn't mean thay are less important.
Hoping your day goes well today 💌💌
