Feeling would this morning. Bad sleep didn't help at all.
But see psych tonight. Kind of annoyed my sleep was bad - will affect me all day. So I need to just trawl through the day and not elt whatver happens effect me otherwise ill end up spending time talking about this day rather than the month that was since also seeing psych.
Feel overwhelmed with everything.

I can't help thinking I'm useless and a loser

got invited to friend's engagement party in December - I don't want to go. It's a bit much to think about, plus I wonder when I'll be able to do that. Seems like is a lifetime away for me in my life

this horrible feeling i have that i'm worthless and its just all a waste of time makes me feel ill and depressed

i feel scared and like i want to stay away from the world

lockdown ends soon and I have no plans to see anyone and have a big thing on because i dunno who i want to see and if i want to do anything anyway

oh god i hate this feeling

@MDT It sounds like you're hvaing a really rough time at the moment. It can feel incredubly daunghting thinking into the future and trying to imagine getting back out there, esecially when we are feeling low. You don't have to make all your post lockdown plans now, you can give yourself time and space to slowly start getting back out there.

Hey lovely @MDT I'm sorry you are feeling like this Smiley Sad You normally muster enough strength and courage to face each day. 

 

One thing I do each day if I don't sleep properly is squats - it will normalise your body's energy and stop that awful post insomnia feeling. I learned it from Jost Sauer an traditional chinese medical doctor and I can attest it makes you feel better. He does all kind of body/mind techniques. I usually do it on the hour as he says. It works like a charm.  Give it a try and let me know how you go with it.

 

With the feeling of worthlessness its just your depression talking, love. When you are in a better headspace you will feel your normal self again. I think you are a terrific person xxoo

Its hard right now. I'm outside doing work to get some fresh air and sunlight. It is helping a bit. It's quite warm.

Youre welcome honey.  I know the feeling of hopelessness with depression. I suffer from schizoaffective disorder which is both schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Just look after you Heart Its hard getting out of these brain funks.  You just need some extra TLC! xxoo When I get highs and lows I will say transdermal magnesium works. I buy my Ancient Minerals brand magesium off ebay. You apply it to your skin and it soaks up sufficient magnesium so as to get you out of those states easily.  I know the pain of depression. Hey why not buy some magnesium oil and give it a try? It pulls me out of depression fast when my meds dont work.  You can read about transdermal magnesium oil and mental illness online @MDT

He didn't talk to me for years after ok was similar age to you now
