Hello @Clawde and others following this thread.
I apologise for any confusion that may have been caused by my not including, or at least making reference to the question, to which my post about self criticism, hatred and harshness was a response. I have added the question to the post as an "Edit", with an explanation added at the end of the post and a reference to the post possibly being challenging and triggering for some, also added at the beginning.
Thank you @Clawde for alerting me to the fact that the explanation posted, seemed without foundation, if the initial question was not referenced.
