Hello, I recently fell over and injured my head. I’ve been suffering from concussion and feel awful. 😞 I feel alone and scared. Has anyone been through this before who can share there thoughts?

Hey @Wednesday80 ,
It sure sounds unpleasant. Have the doctors been able to give you some strategies to help with what you are experiencing?
I personally haven't had concussion, but I've worked with those who have, and they've had to have a lot of rest and just wait until the swelling subsides.
I hope you feel better soon.

Thank you for your response. Yes I’ve seen several different doctors who all said it will take a few months to recover. I’m just anxious and nervous. I’ve never experienced a TBI before. Kind regards

hey @Wednesday80 i don't have personal experience with a TBI, but i can imagine how scary this is for you. it's great that you've visited a couple doctors as well - like tyme mentioned, rest is definitely key! so please do look after yourself and take things easy. we're here for you. it's normal to feel anxious after an injury, is there anything that helps you feel calm?
