Re: Funeral
Does your support worker have any idea how you are feeling?
It sounds like your birthday, a recent funeral with estranged family, your step father is too much to do alone.
I hope you have someone safe to be with.
One of those is hard. And you have three
We are with you!

Re: Funeral
I am glad you found a new psycologist.
It sounds good they doing tests.
But now l count 4 hurdles.
I hope your new psycologist suits you.
It is so draining going over the story time and time again to bring people up to the situation.
I find it exhausting
How do you relax your head?

Re: Funeral
I think @tyme has great advice here
To quote tyme
I hope you will be able to reach out to someone tonight whether it be your carers or a helpline.
You deserve to be heard and supported at this time.
We are hearing you. But make sure you have support networks in place

Re: Funeral
@tyme I don't know which would be the right service to use. My current situation is complicated and it's not just one thing. I don't even know where I would start.
@Former-Member thank you for listening.
My psychologist seems ok. I don't have to completely start from scratch with her, she works with my case manager.

Interesting.
I think gaming is very involved.
Do you do it online?
Someone l know seems to know strangers for gaming.
Like us here. But different interest.
Art. Interesting. Elaborate? Painting?
Music. What is the best relaxing music?

Re: Funeral
Relief. You do not have to start again.
Sometimes l think l should have written a book like a diary and they can read that.
Total exhaustion.
So good you do not start there.
I do recall your status.
I hope @tyme has numbers.
Counsellors should be open to all.
Sometimes reality is different.
Is that why you find it hard to talk?
You should not have to live so troubled.
But l did for a long time over something nothing as bad as your story.
There is a strength within you. Work with it.

Re: Funeral
@Former-Member I tend to play alone. I enjoy rpg's mostly.
And as for art, I like to colour. I also paint. Eg
As for music, I like post-hardcore. 'Screamo' isn't the most relaxing genre but I love it. It's so emotional and relatable

Re: Funeral
Dr Google was handy.
I looked up RPG and Screamo.
Very interesting
We are all lucky that there are so many places we find suit our interests.
Gaming alone too.
It is great you have a wide variety of things to focus on. That is great.
