So sorry to hear of your struggles @Fluttershy1 

It is very difficult with BPD in the mental health system. They think you are trying to get attention. BPD is so misunderstood. I am sorry that you are feeling miserable. I hope things improve for you soon.

I’m safe @Jynx - @Oaktree - there is so much stigma around Bpd it’s ridiculous, can’t go anywhere in the MH system without any stigma, basically getting told there is nothing they can do to help.

@Fluttershy1 Sorry you lost your volunteering role at animal shelter.  I can just imagine how much you got out of it, and gave to them, with your sensitivity and love of animals. 

Its so tricky finding that balance of being productive and out and about in the community.  Isnt that what some of the supports within the NDIS are for?

Yes BPD stigma is hard and doubly so, when it is in health system where they are supposedly meant to help.  

Glad you feel safe here and have Romeo.  He looks gorgeous btw.  My first cat was ginger and white tom.

@Appleblossom - yeah I’ve been using my NDIS supports, they have been a help, hard when I’m constantly on edge, feeling panicked, it’s quite scary and overwhelming at the same time, things can be hard I’ve learnt

Hi @outlander @Owlunar @Jacques @Shaz51 @Snowie @Zoe7 @Eve7 @Jynx @tyme @Meowmy @Meggle @Lee82 @Appleblossom @greenpea @Flying_Hams - not sure how I feel, had the community outpatient appointment that went meh, had doctors I got sinusitis so I need antibiotics, had blood tests done and my veins decided not to be friendly and made it a mission for my pathologist, now at home resting, get my holter monitor put on tomorrow so yeah….. 

mental health has been average but I guess I’m managing

I wish I could say I’m in a better place but I’m not, I’m still struggling, gotta wear a heart monitor till Tuesday, my life is just falling apart. I don’t feel like myself
