@Leeanne1 what state do you live in? i'll have a look into services in your state and see if i can find some free ones
i hear you, motivations tough to gain when you're already feeling low. is there anything in particular making you feel this way? is it the change in counsellors or something else?
also crocheting sounds lovely! what are you working on at the moment?

have you looked into community health services? i'm not too well-versed in this area but i reckon it would be worth giving Access Mental Health 1800 332 388 a call to see if it's a fit for you, and you can read more about it here: Continuing Care Teams | Tasmanian Department of Health
there's also Emotional Health and Wellbeing Counselling | Women's Health Tasmania - however these are only 3 free sessions - they can also provide with information about other services with longer-term counselling.
Free Mental Health Support for Tasmanian Adults | Glebe Hill Family Practice - is more short-term programs to help equip you with tools for managing anxiety and depression.
thought i'd share those and see if they're something you'd like to look into. @Leeanne1 i hear it can be hard dealing with relationship issues and changes in counsellor at the same time, but do be kind to yourself. going through changes/transitions can take some adjustment and that's okay too - small steps at a time! the things you love will still be there, and you'll get back into it whenever you're ready. it's okay to take it slow 💜

Hey @Leeanne1 , what do you think will be helpful for you at this time? I hear how you feel about these relationships and people being nasty. What will help you at this moment?

And it is valid that you are feeling angry at being treated unfairly. It hurts to be treated unfairly. Our innate desire for fairness and justice is very real. At the same time, how does it feel to hold onto this anger? @Leeanne1
Please know, letting go of the anger doesn't mean you condone what they have done. But it gives you space to heal.
