Do you think an inpatient stay will help? Say for TMS or ECT?
I guess it also depends if you have private health to cover it...

No I don't need to go to hospital I just need to talk to someone that's all I will get back on track it's just a set back I don't have private health cover

hey there @Leeanne1 i just read your post about your counsellor leaving, i'm so sorry to hear that. i can imagine it's overwhelming and sad knowing that you'll have to rebuild rapport with a new person to gain support. but i assure you, that you will find another counsellor/person who clicks with you.
have you checked out this site: Find Counselling, Therapists, Psychologists - Psychology Today Australia - you can add your suburb in to find someone more local, and you can have a look at what they specialise in to find someone who fits your needs.
