Re: Changing meds

I'm hopefully heading home tomorrow - yay!!

I'm needing to go home. Spending any longer here could be a negative thing. It's hard to explain, but that's what my pdoc & I discussed during our consult on Monday afternoon.

The new meds haven't really taken affect yet, however, I'm remaining optimistic and always have TMS to try in a little while if needed.

From this admission there are some positives - got a new pdoc who is absolutely fantastic ✔️
sleeping better (having at least 6 hours of continuous sleep) ✔️
learnt and implemented DBT & CBT skills ✔️
Connected with others, which has reminded me that I'm likeable and people enjoy my company - boosted my confidence ✔️
Got some strength & hope back, that things will work out ok, even though it'll take time & there will be bumps along the way ✔️

Hope you are all alright and coping with lockdown ok. I've got some time this afternoon to catch up on your threads, so looking forward to that.
