Re: Changing meds

Thanks, @WIP ...how are you doing?

Was yesterday (the Grand Final) tough for you, as you used to watch it with your father?

I hope things are going steadily and OK... 💙

Re: Changing meds

Hugs @WIP ,

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Re: Changing meds

Hello and hugs gorgeous @WIP 💐💕

Re: Changing meds

Hi @Anastasia @BPDSurvivor @NatureLover @Eve7 @outlander @Emelia8

Hey all,

I really hope you are all doing alright.

While in hospital, I wrote a 'mantra' on my whiteboard - "Do the best you can, where you are, with what you've got". I'm trying my best to take that attitude with me each day -'if its

good or bad!

Transitioning from hospital to home, has been a challenge.'so many triggers' in the outside world, opposed to the safe bubble of hospital.

I think of you often & hope you are well ❤️❤️❤️

Re: Changing meds

i like that mantra @WIP thats a good one

transitioning back home can be super tricky. just take things slowly and as they come. you can always talk here too

Re: Changing meds

Way to go re: your mantra! It's great! @WIP

I miss you dearly and encourage you to keep reaching out as I know how difficult any transition can be, let alone moving from your safe hospital bubble to being by yourself.

Is Levi with you? What are some of the things you do to keep yourself occupied during the day?

Re: Changing meds

Good to see you, @WIP ...sorry that it sounds hard to transition...well done for keeping trying.

I bet Levi was happy to see you! 🙂
