@CatrionaB actually the SANE forums and helpline are my ONLY supports. I have had far too many awful experiences with lifeline and the suicide callback service to ever call them again. I know others find them helpful sometimes, but for me they tend to escalate the situation - especially when they hang up on me. I am super glad I found the SANE community.
