hey @BlueBay just catching up on your recent posts. so sorry to hear that your doctor wasn't validating, it really sucks when they don't pick up how hard its been. i definitely second the idea of going to another doctors - i had a similar experience where my family doctor laughed off my anxiety but i was really lucky to find new doctor straight after who took what i said seriously.
you deserve to feel heard and seen 💙

last night I took a new med. I don’t like it.
it made me very drowsy to the point they I felt nauseous too.
I don’t want to take it.
Also my stomach is very sore and I’m not sure if it was the med that I took.
last night was nice celebrating my daughters birthday. Little A decided she wanted to stay overnight with us so she stayed. We took her to the beach today. Tomo morning she is going to her dads.
Gosh I hope my stomach pain subsides otherwise I’m heading to ED.

new meds can take some time to adjust to at times, but yes definitely do get yourself checked out if your stomach sore and other symptoms worsen. hope you feel better soon, rest up 💜
