Hi @BlueBay
Sounds like you saw a good Doctor. Sometimes just unloading helps.
It's good he wants to see you so soon. Hopefully he can help.
You certainly are not a burden. I'm sure the Doctor didn't think that either.
I can understand those thoughts hon. They are hard to contain and to deal with.

sometimes it’s so hard to handle the strong negative thoughts going on in your head. I sometimes wish those thoughts would just shut up!!!
big hugs cxxx

It is hard to handle them @BlueBay
You spend so much time, put in so much effort just to contain them. Then they still end up being there. If only we could shut our brain down, even if it's just for awhile. Just to have that rest from them.
Have you got much to do today?

hey @Snowie
Before my drs appt I picked up our fish order then bought bread. Came home after Dr and made tiramisu. But my headache is here again. I might take a med and try to rest. The only thing is our neighbours smoke detector has been going off for last hour and she’s not home. She sometimes is away all day and night. Not good for my headache.
mum missing my dad so much. Knowing I can’t see him tomorrow is really affecting me. I hope he knows how much I’m missing him and love him 🥲🥲
Have you got much to do before tomorrow.

I love tiramisu but have never made it @BlueBay
That smoke detector must be annoying. I'm sure it wouldn't help your headache.
You have had a full on morning hon. Just talking to the gp can be exhausting. Maybe a rest is what you need.
I can understand not seeing your Dad tomorrow must be hard, but you are doing the best you can. You can only do so much and there is only one BlueBay. You can't be everywhere at the same time.

i hear you @BlueBay must be exhausting having all those thoughts pile up - would it help to talk about it? or we can chat about something else to get your mind off it? or i can just sit with you, whatever you prefer 💜

Trying to organise dinner bbq and salad @Snowie @rav3n but not really hungry. I think I’m so stressed that I feel sick.
then sit and watch Xmas carols. But I think I’ll end up falling asleep early.
I’m trying hard to not worry but it’s so hard.
I wish my psych was available but can’t see her until 13 Jan.

I'm sorry things are so hard @BlueBay
It's hard just to switch off.
It's so hard when our supports are not available during the xmas period. I know they deserve time off too, but doesn't make things any easier.
