Re: 1st appointment with psychiatrist - what to expect?
hello @Former-Member @outlander
just saw this I am so sorry Nooks. I meant as Outlander has explained.
I was referring to your own vulnerability. sometimes in the moment we open up and spill out stuff. later some of us might feel vulnerable.
You have said nothing wrong.
I really am not doing well at this at the moment so will not try to explain any further.

Thanks @Former-Member I was worried I'd said the wrong thing. I totally know what you mean. I did talk to my mum and now she keeps wanting to talk about it and I wish I never said anything because I'm not ready to keep talking about it.

Thank you @Former-Member for responding, I was concerned. I am very sensitive at the moment and feel that even though I am trying to help people my words are coming across as opposite.
Your mum probably has so much to say, so much feeling to express and doesnt realise how overwhelming that is for you.
Just gently say to her thank you mum for caring. It is too hard for me to talk about at the moment.
Here I go again!!!
