Fantastic @outlander
Now you can take it easy with the breathing - keep it up - but now you can start to sort out your health problems with less stress -
This has to be a changing-day in your life

What a day @outlander!, but like Dec says, now at least you don't have the stress of your exam and can focus on understanding your health problems.
You are achieving so much, very proud of you

If your feeling pain @outlander I don't believe your imagining it. Your brain is perceiving it for a reason. In a way I hope it is just the stress, with your exam over your stress may lessen and so may the pain.
Thank you again for your wonderful, kind heart . . . and I can't wait to see the Zendoodle one either! 🙂

I have not had access to the internet for over a week with computer issues. Hope you are alright.
I also needed time out for my own griefwork.
One thing I did was catch up on shows on Netflix for the first time in my life. I have often been behind the times in some ways. It has been really healthy and relaxing for me.
One show I am loving at the moment is Outlander, so obviously thougth about you a lot.
Chin Up and Gentleigh Bentleigh. @outlander
