Hi @outlander
I have not been well over the last few days - so I am sorry I have not been in touch
I have read all your posts - I understand - it is harder to try and ignore other people's bad behaviour but one thing I have found is that giving other people the last word is extremely powerful - they are stuck on the last step - as it were - and as hard as it is - keeping your head is pretty neat - a really great trick
But if you fail - remember - life is a works-in-progess and we can all have a little space to make mistakes
I was bitten by a German Shepherd when I was cycling many years ago - I am still afraid of large dogs off the leash - and have to make like a tree and stand still and straight with my arms in tight beside me and quietly ask the owners to call the dog off - it was an event that does not bother me every day - but it become huge with there is a large dog off the leash
You do have a lot on your plate and you are way-wise beyond your years - I am thinking of you

i just replyed to your other thread you tagged me in
i was worried about you but you dont have to be sorry for anything, everyone has their own worried to deal with and i understand if your not on here or cant support me. its fine- no apology required
i kept my head as best i could i didnt stop the car i kept driving no matter how hard i clenched the steering wheel i think there is two hand prints in it now
i dont like dogs at all not even small ones, i dont like pictures, talking about them, nothing at all to do with them.
a little space for mistakes- my whole life feels like a mistake @Owlunar

Hi @outlander,
To answer your question about putting your arm when you see a dog, it makes a lot of sense to me. Perhaps it's like an automatic response to something that our brain has stored as a threat.
