i feel so sick @CherryBomb
my health anxiety is playing up becasue i want to know my results and my sister has one of those stomach bugs. ive been feeling so sick ive forgotten what it feels like to not want to throw up every 10 minutes.
i had to cancel my drs appointment as my sisters sick and mum, her boyfriend and pop are out so it looks like im the only one again so ive had to cancel the appointment which means i cant discuss why i feel so sick and also get my lump checked out as well
so now im stressing about that as well
and im going through a range of emotions from today.
and i know i need sleep but when anyone in the family is sick i cant sleep even on sleep tablets but i dont like taking them if someones sick incase they need me.
i feel so sick @CherryBomb and my anxiety is up and swirling around but my depression is through the floor as well and i feel yukky

Hi @outlander,
Aw that sounds yukky. When you're unwell, give yourself permission to take care of you. Do for yourself, what you would do for your best friend if they were unwell.
Wanting those results to come sooner is not going to make them come any quicker. You can reschedule the appointment with doctor. In the mean time, try and shift your focus on things you can do for yourself. Drink fluids (if you can), and get lots of bed rest.
I was pretty sick last week too, and treated myelf to watching lots of television, and drinking lots of honey, lemon, ginger tea.
