O hmy angel, that is terrible, i can't believe the staff have not seen this and put a stop to it, they must realise how uncomfortable you are.  i just hope you get out on Saturday, my fingers and toes are crossed.

Yes you are right, it is just hard because i don't know why i am so scared, why i am so anxious, nothing has happened.

Karen thank you for telling me this, i am really going to try and acept it for what it is.

The shaking doesn't have to be about anything right now. Your brain may just be remembering a time when that was useful.
Thats why you need to thank your brain for trying to protect you but you are safe now.

I will be interested to see how it works in the real world. Like anything it takes time and practice.

i am worried about you, i know when you are quiet you are not doing well.  I just want to say you are never alone, i am always with you, please join me in my sleeping bag.  I know things seem like thye willn ever get any better, but you really do need to give it time, you are so busy all the time, you are exhausted.

OMG Karen, 

Wow, i feel so special, what a list!!!!!!!   i also do pretty good manacures and pedicures  so mums pediatrician says

So My angel, today, well, i finished painting the TV cabinet, mum wants a new handle on it, so i have to find them in the shed, sigh, i don't know where i put them!!!!!!

I have machined all the wood down for the DVD cabinet, and had to put two pieces together, on on top of the other, so i used dowel rod to try to attach the two, so i am hoping it works.  I have painted all the skirting board pure white.  the room looks so nice now, for decades it had patches and plaster, and different colours to touch up the marks, it is so nice to see it all one colour with no marks.  

i will try to take a photo when it is done if the moderators will allow it.

otherwise i have had to wait for paint and glue to dry, someone needs to make instant glue and paint so you don't have to wait. 

Karen you have been in my thoughs, i miss you so much, your words always manage to put me at ease, talking to you i get a moment of not being scared, a moment of happyness.  something no one else can give me, thank you Karen.

Well i hope the classes are going quickly, not long now my angel.
