Hello all

I was hoping to see some interaction between you. 
I am very enthused about this idea.

Some grave concerns re family 

My therapist has advised me to take a week off from everything literally.

Husband organised we are going away from everyone and taking cat.

We will have no wifi and unsure even about phone reception. 
I am so fed up with family issues overriding all of the hard work I do to get myself back.

We are leaving very early in the morning. I have unsettled feelings about everything and am just going to pull the blanket over my head.

I do hope that you continue here with preparations or practice or whatever you feel comfortable.  Will be very disappointing to see it all fall apart because I am not here for a week when everyone has contributed so much.

I hope that you all stay safe, comfortable and remember to smile. I have enjoyed most of the time on this thread.

Hope to see you  in a week's time. I have had enough of upheaval caused by others in real life.

Apologies gang.

Been unwell - the old MI gremlims got me over the weekend. Pretty bad, so have been in Sooty's Cave of No Return.    On the mend.

Sooty is coming to play because he's having a bad day, so he thought he'd share a rhythm. It shouldn't  be a crime to borrow someone else's rhythm, but it is, so I'll be honest and say it isn't mine.
