hi @BamBam, try to get off the E-cigs, they have found they are just as harmful as ciggies, try some nicotine gum, it is not great either, but better than the other two alternatives.
I wish you all the best with your quitting journey too. i have not had a cigarette in 8 years.

Thanks @BamBam. I hope you find a new way to start quitting again in future. There are many different approaches to it. Maybe the gum might work for you instead of the vaping. There is also the quit line that my doctor suggested today: 13 78 48

@Angels333 it can be hard making these kinds of changes, especially when we are feeling very vulnerable. Have you seen the new psychologist yet?
