Thank you @Former-Member, it is really tough the person is 24 and has had a failed attemp on their life, which destroyed their voice box, so they can't speak literally. it is difficult to find services where you don't need to speak.
they keep reliving a vehicle accident where their partner passed away, she is blaming herself for her girlfriends death. i have suggested suvivors guilt program, but it has not worked, i have tried CBT, DBT, ECT, muscle relaxation techniques, breathing excercises, focus on positive things, but none of them has worked, she is SH so badly, i just don't know how to help her.
Sorry for bringing the tone down, i am thinking their has to be something to help.
i am sorry i was unable to continue to attend tonight, i just can't find the time. sorry.
hugs to all, good night, thank you all for the words of encouragement.
Jacques
