Hi @CherryBomb!!! Yum, pumpkin soup - we have enough pumpkin, leeks, potatoes to make two lots of soup! Tonight we are having brown jasmine rice & sauteed brussel sprouts....
@BlueBay is seeing the movie "Mother's Day" I think...
Last night I watched "Spotlight" - it was excellent & deserved the Oscar for best film. Another movie that I watched recently that I enjoyed a lot was "Joy"
Hi @Jacques - can you have a bath to soothe your muscles?
Namaste,
A

I've had a very stressful week @CherryBomb. I wrote a few posts this week (Stress at work) and a few poems (Poems) Sorry I don't know how to link my other posts. I think Mother's Day is a trigger for me. Feeling very vulnerable. I am hoping next week is better.

Good idea @Jacques, sounds like you deserve a long rest. I second @Former-Member's suggestion - maybe a bath will hlep with soothing the muscles.
Hiii @Shaz51, so happy you could make it tonight
@Former-Member, yes let's make up a big patch of pumpkin soup. How do you make yours. I like putting coconut milk in mine to make it a little creamy. What are your thoughts?

Just read over stressed with work. What a rough week, @BlueBay. I second what NikNik says, a good manager doesn't mind question. In my opinon, its better to ask then not. It's tough feeling like you're pulling lots of wait too. Is this something you could discuss with your manager?
How's your week been @Former-Member and @Shaz51 **serving you both a bowl of soup and handing it to you** would like some crusty bread with that?

@CherryBomb - Pumpkin & sweet potato - leeks sauteed in Korean chilli paste & vegetable stock - sometimes coconut milk (high in saturated fat, so not always...) Now I wish we were having soup tonight!
Went to hot yoga on Tuesday & went for a 8.5km non stop run on Wednesday - my longest non stop run since October 2014 (who said yoga isn't exercise & can't keep you fit?!!!???!!!)
The last two days I have been trying to get treatment for a bad toothache - Had to drive 1.5 hours to get a voucher on Thursday - then went to the dentist this morning & they couldn't tell which tooth was causing the pain - except for the wisdom teeth, which need to be surgically removed - so they have written a letter to Queensland Health & no idea if or when they will remove them - in the mean time on antibiotics & strong painkillers.....
Hope to get to hot yoga tomorrow & Mother's Day Classic 6 km run on Sunday....
Sending you strength for Mother's Day @BlueBay & hope the movie is funny!
Namaste,
A

Hi @CherryBomb, @Jacques, @BlueBay, @Shaz51, @Former-Member, @eth, @Crazy_Bug_Lady, everyone,
Tonight I'm going virtual vegan again with an avocado mango salad with cashews. Won't mention what we really had. I have much more fun in the virtual kitchen.
