Hi all - @Former-Member. @NikNik, @Shaz51, @Mazarita, @Former-Member, @Jacques & person with the wonderful quote - sorry, I can't remember your name already.....
We had baked sweet potato & potatoes with relish for dinner. Simple, but tasty meal.
My partner almost took me to hospital this morning - I was crying endlessly & even screaming.... Thankfully we got through it & eventually I put on repeat in my mind "things may get better someday".....
I've been to yoga twice this week & plan to go tomorrow. I plan to go for a morning run on Sunday - sunshine & hopefully some detectable endorphins. If I don't wake up early enough - I'll go to yoga again.
I saw my psychologist this week...
I finished reading The Help, which was (I know... cliche) so much better than the movie. There are some movies I enjoy better than the book like The Soloist & the last of The Hunger Games movies.
I am reading a strange book called To Rise at a Decent Hour.
I'm late here tonight - I was watching psychological youtube videos.
I'm jealous of all the peeps going for walks on the beach on the weekend!
Namaste,
A

Hi guys. What have I missed??
I was at a friends visiting Milly, the rat I brought home. She's got a tumour, and she's over 2 so surgery isn't an option.
My poor baby

Hi @Crazy_Bug_Lady...
Sorry about your rat
I would never want a pet rat, mouse, snake or spider - & I only would have a border collie (dog wise) if I had a few acres....
I'm a big cat person! Here is a photo of them all - it looks like Katniss is taking a selfie, hehe....

She is such a pretty girl. I know rats aren't everyone's cup of tea though. I feel a bit bad... she's been with my friend for months, but she doesn't really like being handled (my friend understands and doesn't force it). So I was trying not to get my hopes up, she used to be so cuddly with me. Soon as I opened her cage up, she ran up my arm and started bruxing (rat equivilent of a cat's purr) in my ear. I was a bad house-guest, standing and sitting with her for like 2 hours while my friend and her partner made dinner.
