Blue cheese is one of the only cheeses I haven't acquired the taste for - I can do some blue cheese dip with Buffalo wings though, although that isn't quite the same. 
I can totally relate to liking the stinkier cheeses - sometimes I like these cheese even better than mainstream tasty or cheddar! Nonetheless, I am always 100% down for the sharp and wonderful taste of vintage cheddar. I have some vintage cheddar in my fridge at the moment that I am just waiting to sink my teeth into over the weekend!
